VIDEO: Kanye West slaat weer toe bij Grammys

Gisteravond hield heel Amerika de tv weer in de gaten voor de jaarlijkse Grammy Awards. Het was een drukke avond met verschillende opvallende highlights. Zo nam Sam Smith de meeste awards mee naar huis. Rihanna rockte met Kanye en Paul McCartney op het podium terwijl Beyoncé een knallend optreden gaf met Common en John Legend.

Niet weer hè?
Maar er was toch één moment die het opvallendst was. Toen Beck een Grammy ontving in de categorie 'Beste Album van het Jaar' liep Kanye tot grote schrik van Jay en Bey het podium op. Hij deed net alsof hij de award wilde afpakken, maar verliet het podium weer snel met een grimas op z'n gezicht.

MTV
Iedereen dacht dat Kanye weer dezelfde stunt uit zou halen als een aantal jaar geleden bij de MTV Awards. Toen pakte hij de award van Taylor Swift af en zei dat Beyoncé de prijs verdiend had.

Ongezouten mening
Ondanks dat Kanye een geintje maakte, zei hij dat hij het eigenlijk wel meende. "Als ze willen dat topartiesten terugkeren bij de Grammys dan moeten ze niet meer met ons spotten. Beck moet kunstenaarstalent respecteren; hij had zijn Grammy aan Beyoncé moeten geven. We zijn dit helemaal zat."
